Skip on pavement and flytipped rubbish blocking pavement around school. Are children, vulnerable people, wheelchair and pushchair users expected to walk in the road?

There is still fly tipped rubbish, rubble and debris fly tipped on the pavement of Cemetery Road. A busy road due to Hillcrest School being located here. Please could this rubbish be collected?

Problem on going, large pile of rubbish against the wall of hall and various gardening pots abandoned, more flying tipping of various plastic goods. Please could all this be cleared as it's only encouraging more dumping of rubbish.
