Additional markings on road

Reported via desktop in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 08:41, Mon 13 September 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

A neighbour has painted bright yellow lines across road, one side to the other, with wording start of finish. Believe it is for kids to exercise. However, very bright and unsightly. Causing confusion for drivers along this road. Please could these be removed? Thanks
