Cover is off a utility hole, boy 8 fell down and cracked head

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
There is a cover off a utility hole outside no. 173 Bishop Road, BS7 8NA.
On the way to school this morning (15 Sept) my 8 year old son's scooter fell down the hole, he went over the handle bars and bashed his head and his knee and was unable to go to school today as a result.
This is very dangerous and especially as we have an elderly housing association nearby, who use this road frequently and because it is next to a bus stop. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
