Hedge growing over two thirds of footpath, as low as 5’7” above path.
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 17:14, Sat 18 September 2021
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3010091.
This has been like this for some time. Today as I was passing a man was trimming the hedge. I suggested he might cut it higher as many people could not walk under it. His response as that it was impossible to do so as ‘its the trunk’. It is impossible to pass at all with an umbrella if there is a vehicle parked there, and many people have to bend to pass under the hedge.
