Tractor came to cut the Horfield Boundary Headgerow in question on Fri 12th Nov that this issue comes under below. (Report a problem in a park) but could no get access to headge because of logs blocking access. Now the logs have been removed so you need to chase the parks department to get it cut. Not fix my street.
