Bushes/ brambles over growing into my garden

I live next to a very large field (council land) the whole side of my house has bushes and brambles growing there that always grow over my garden. Trees have also started to grow where they were never before. These brambles and thick bushes are pushing in my walls and fence. I always cut it back but it is now too high and too thick for me to be able to do so
