Spilt concrete

The concrete has been spilt and hardened in this location for a matter of months now and once the weather gets colder and wetter it turns into a serious hazard due to it causing vehicles to lose grip especially motorbike riders such as myself and This is on my local road home and it needs fixing as A priority
