Abandoned ‘Ebike’ , again. In centre of narrow pavement causing a hazard for motorised mobility scooter users, mothers with prams and pushchairs and visually impaired people.

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 17:05, Fri 24 September 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

It’s been abandoned in the middle of the narrow pavement! These things are a public nuisance. And the ‘rules’ are being repeatedly abused. I can’t understand why the council even agreed to these things. They are abused by the under aged, double riders, ‘fairground’ users who view weaving around on the road as a bit of fun, users rarely using helmets, and also many regularly ignoring traffic lights. No road tax and no responsibility. A nightmare.
