Utility box broken off stem.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3025313.
A grey utility box about 1.5m high is blocking the pavement, its stem having been boken. The rusted remains of the stem are quite jagged and a potential hazard. It is at the junction of Portland Street and Alfred Place, Kingsdown.
