Utility box broken off stem.

A grey utility box about 1.5m high is blocking the pavement, its stem having been boken. The rusted remains of the stem are quite jagged and a potential hazard. It is at the junction of Portland Street and Alfred Place, Kingsdown.

The utility box has been removed but the jagged and rusty remains of the stem are still protruding from the pavement.
