Thorn Hedge overhanging pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3028398.

This hedge is not regularly cut back and is causing a nuisance. Could be dangerous if someone walked on the pavement and no access for wheelchairs. Hedge is at bottom of Rodney Road
