Pot hole - Damage around utility cover

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3028512.
Large area of broken tarmac - AND holes around utility covers. THIS HAS NOT been marked for repair. There is ALSO a lot of cracks, along previous repairs, that have are developing into deep trenches. The location of this is on the corner of Cotham Lawn Road and Hampton Road on the south carriageway.
