Speeding down Park Road outside nursery entrance

Reported via mobile in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 19:55, Tue 28 September 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There is an increasing problem with drivers using Park Road as a rat run when the traffic builds on Coronation Road. They drive down at high speed, past the entrance to the 'Magic Roundabout nursery. There is a constant flow of parents and small children up and down the road, and it feels only a matter of time before there is an accident due to drivers driving way above the 20mph limit in a reckless and endangering manner.

There should be a sign alerting drivers to the nursery and presence of children, or painted lines on the road.
