Cracks in pavement surface leaking water into basement

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 10:56, Wed 29 September 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

When it rains, the water comes into the basement in our house, by coming through the pavement above. There are cracks on the surface of the pavement that allow this water to travel into the basement. As it gets wetter into Autumn and Winter this is sure to get worse. Please help!
