Portable toilet obstructing both pavement and parking space

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 11:13, Thu 30 September 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

A portable toilet has been outside 31 Elliston Road for 6 months. It is obstructing both the pavement and taking up a parking space. There is ample room in the property's front or back garden to house this toilet. Please ensure the correct licences and daily charges for taking up a parking space are in place and the toilet is moved off the pavement so pedestrians can pass.
