Street light not working at all

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I have reported before but you said it is not an adopted road? It is a main road so of course it is adopted, it is an A road! I tried the Highways Agency and they have confirmed it is managed by Bristol City Council so please fix it ASAP as it is in a very dangerous position.
