Garden is overgrowing into the road/pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3035269.

On Gloucester Road, opposite Repsycho (vintage shop) and on the corner of Meridian Terrace. People either have to stoop/duck right down to get through the overgrowth or step into the road to get around it. Irritating for able-bodied people but definitely not accessible for anyone with visual impairments, using a buggy etc and very unsafe to walk in the road as cars can whip round very quickly on that stretch.
