Street light not working

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Streetlight outside 40 Cassell Road has not worked for several months. It is covered by Bristol Council(although no 40 is in South Gloucestershire). Fix My Street reports to South Gloucestershire who insist it is covered by Bristol Council. HELP!!
