Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
A rambling rose from the garden of 93 Keys is overhanging the wall and obstructing the pavement. It is at head level and is thorny.
I’d be more worried about all the motorists who routinely illegally drive onto the pavements to park their cars

The on pavement parking is an unsolvable problem of this area of Horfield! If cars parked on the road no cars could use this road. Too many hmo's leads to too many cars. This is planning departments responsibility?

Motorists can park elsewhere.
Every single time they drive their cars on the pavement they are breaking the law. Every time, they are causing an obstruction to pedestrians.
