Trees / shrubs obstructing pavement
Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 15:51, Wed 6 October 2021
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Tree has grown round and over the tree, so even though the light works it doesn't illuminate the street making this more dangerous for anyone walking after dark. Also a waste of power having the light on but no effect. Another tree outside 53 Fremantle Road hangs over the pavement at eye level for an average height person, dodging this is a nuisance but would be easily missed in the dark. This is supposed to be a Conservation Area of Listed buildings, it is more like a dingy slum as 57 and 53 both have overgrown gardens containing but not limited to bags of rubbish, weeds, brambles and the aforementioned trees growing out into the street. Proactive response and action
