The subway floods whenever it rains. It's been like that for over 6 month but it's got worse recently, perhaps because of heavy rain. There was about a foot of water in there this morning and I almost fell off my bike.

People are crossing A420 by jumping barriers so they don't have to use the subway,

Still flooded, drain is clearly blocked as it hasn't rained in over a week. It's dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians.
