Bins always left on footpath restricting access.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

202 - 204 St Johns Lane. Wheelie bins and recycling boxes always left on the footpath. It's a busy road near a school. Access is restricted for pushchairs, wheelchair users and people with other disabilities including a man with 2 walking sticks who needs to cross over a busy road in order to go in that direction.
