Skip placed in lane, blocking access to homes

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 13:26, Fri 8 October 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

On Thursday 7 October builders put a skip in the lane (lane opening next to 1 Merrywood Road). This blocks access (in and out) to at least 4 properties: 18A North Street, 20A North Street, 22A North Street, and 24A North street. There is JUST room for a thin person to squeeze past, but it is uncomfortable. Anyone carrying a bag or overweight will not be able to access these properties. The placement of the skip is certainly illegal and it needs to be removed asap. I believe the builders at fault might be those emptying the contents of 26A. They have not returned on Friday (correct as of 11am) so it has been impossible to speak to them directly.
