Cars being stored on public pavements

There are many cars being stored on the pavements on Felix Road. This happens every day and has been going on for months. Many cars are completely blocking the pavement, forcing pedestrians to walk in the road. Cars blocking pavements also force wheelchair users and parents with buggies to walk in the road too. This is endangering the lives of local people. Also, the popular Felix Road Playground means that lots of children use this road as a key walking route, so blocking the pavements here is especially dangerous. Please enforce the laws concerning parking which blocks the pavement. Fines need to be issued and the offending vehicles towed away. This is a matter of public safety.
