Rocking utility cover, Lower Castle Street

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Located here where the pin has been dropped on the map, is a utility cover in the bus lane - by the entrance to the forecourt of the Marriott Hotel - that is rocking and omits a very loud bang whenever driven over by buses and any other vehicles.
