  • The blocked gully is located in Old King Street Court, at the rear of Vodafone. There are rough sleepers there every night who are using the gully as a toilet. Bristol Waste are attending every morning to clean and disinfect the area, and remove any faeces, but because the gully is blocked, the urine cannot be washed away and the smell is getting increasingly bad. Vodafone are unable to use their rear door and even the corridor inside the shop is becoming a no-go area because of the smell. An urgent response will be much appreciated.
