  • Hello, just to let you know that someone came out for repairs in January 2022 but the railings have gone loose again from top to bottom due to being rusty. It cannot be repaired again. It needs replacing with a new sturdy handrail fitted by the steps as we have older residents and children who need it for support. Thank you.

  • This step railing previously had been fixed, cemented back in the hole months again (in the rain). Then slowly became loose again and now has sheared off completely and now led on grass by the side of steps. Children and the elderly use this and so can you make this a priority to be fixed.
