  • This lamp is still not lit; I originally reported on job no 3044509. This is now becoming a liability for BCC and needs to be escalated to a senior member of staff to resolve immediately before someone has an accident. Please make sure you follow this through to ensure the contractor resolves it now; forward to a senior staff member and check it gets fixed ... light the darkness, its a health and safety issue!

  • Oh how disappointing, no one rose to the challenge ( or to the top of the pole to check the lamp for that matter) so I guess we'll have to go to the next level - oooh sorry thats awful - 'Fix my Street', certainly needs fixing Lovely sunset just beginning now ..... unspoilt by any stray light outside

  • Well we stayed in the dark until today, 29th November in the first week of Advent. It took 10 minutes for the nice man to change the photocell on top of the lamp and surprise we now have light. Please do not pay for this visit as it should have been checked when the led unit was fitted. Originally reported on 6th October its just short of 2 months to fix this problem, nil points !
