Ovedgrown shrubs with needle like thorns.

Next to my Bungalow there are dangerous needle like thorn bushing that are causing a problem to me and my neighbour. I tried cutting these back but only caused injury to my hands. I live at 1 Sullivan Close, Inns Court, BS4 1XJ
