Parking on dropped curb impedes access to Chester Park

People consistently park alongside the dropped curb on Chester Road, which impedes access to Chester Park. There are several residents with vans in Chester Park who often find it difficult to get out of the close. There is concern in the neighbourhood about access for emergency vehicles.
