Number 30 Netham Road has created an illigal drive

Number 30 has created an illegal drive and has placed a wooden plank to create a false dropped kurb into the "drive". There is a sign on the gate asking people not to park in front of the "drive". This is preventing people from using the space outside number 30's house. It is very hard to find parking spots on Netham road, Number 30 can't reserve their own space; it's not theirs, they don't own the road. The wooden plank needs to be removed as does the sign.
