Street Light has Not worked for Around 5 Months

This Street Light has Not worked for Around 5 Months It has Proved to be Very Hazardous There has been young Girls that Have Been attacked at the Bottom of this lane. There are lots of Brambles at the Bottom of this lane that i have been Cut by Many Times, Just Today My wife has Been and Cleaned the Lane as it is dangerous to even walk through And this lane Belongs to the City Council But Still for the past 8 Years you have not done anything to remedy the Problem If you would let Me Adopt the Lane i would Be More than happy to Pay for the upkeep of the Lane. But like i Have said Again I have been cut by the Brambles yet Again So I will Be Making Another Claim Against you For Injury to Myself and my children From the Brambles. It is not Hard to send Parks and Maintenance Around to resolve the Problem, But every time we call or email Nothing Gets Done. So Can You Please Come and Fix the Street Light, I Have saved All Emails that have Been Sent to yourselves As i Now Plan on passing to forward them to a Solicitor For resolution...
