Overgrown hedge obstructing pavement on Falmouth Road along back wall of 35 Hatherley Road

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 17:09, Mon 18 October 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Homeowner only occasionally prunes back their hedge running along pavement above the wall. The hedge is head height and is never pruned back level to boundary wall, therefore obstructing up to half the pavement and forcing pedestrians into parked cars to try and walk past. Homeowner has been asked in past to prune hedge level to wall but just ignores any request. This is a persistent and long-standing problem.
