Driveway Obstruction - No Ambulance Access - Parking on Pavement
Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 11:24, Wed 20 October 2021
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
It's been difficult for our street neighbours, notably me, who live at the end of the cul-de-sac, to get their cars out of the driveway over the last year. As a result, people started parking on the sidewalks, which is obstructing the public roadway and ambulance access on the road. It has also led to the privatisation of the public street by a few neighbours who think they have the right to utilise the width as private parking. After reporting this issue several times and receiving no response, I am planning to escalate it into a legal matter in case this is disregarded once more. This problem is causing havoc on the street, and those suffering from illnesses such as cancer and heart disease may be unable to receive assistance from an ambulance when needed or even me to move my car from my driveway. I would appreciate it if you could help sort this issue.
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.

We had someone in Millbrook Avenue who was found dead, as a result, the ambulance needed to have access which was only possible after a long time.
This issue needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
