Cars totally blocking pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Its now common to find the pavement totally blocked by cars in this area: all of the car is on the pavement apart from its two roadside wheels. I counted four this morning. parents and children have to walk through the dogpoo on the grass, or walk into the road to pass. I cannot understand why people park a car on a pavement: What enforcement is there for keeping pavements clear for pedestrians?
