Fixed
Approx 30cm deep, 50cm long pavement hole
Reported via mobile in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 14:55, Fri 22 October 2021
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3078557.
Has been here well over a year, is very deep and could cause serious injury if someone inadvertantly stepped into it, it's depth is currently disguised due to leaf fall, or water logging. When walking here in the dark, it is very difficult to see the pothole and anyone unaware could step right into it. It's on the small section of Grove Road BS6 which links to Redland Hill, bounded by The Vincent wall, and close to the post box. See pin dropped on map photo.

This long lasting hole in the pavement is extremely dangerous- invisible in the dark and often full of water and leaves which disguise it - it is deeper than the adjacent kerbstone. Also narrows the pavement for wheelchair and other users
