Cars parked blocking both sides of the road and bins left out

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3080462.

Cars blocking both sides of pavement. Unable to push pram along the pavements and continually forced to push pram on the road. On most of the surrounding ding streets. Chesterfield rd, Sommerville Road etc.

Also bins left out on pavement blocking the area
