Road sign on John Carrs Terrace states “Rosebery Terrace”

Reported via mobile in the Road Signage category anonymously at 23:17, Sun 24 October 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Please correct the road sign. Rosebery Terrace is on the upper terrace, while John Carrs Terrace is below. I correct road signs will cause confusion with post and deliveries.

  • The incorrect sign was installed more than 2 years ago and despite numerous requests through different channels and promises to replace it, it's still unresolved. Local residents put up a temporary sign to avoid confusion, but this has now been lost as well. This urgently needs dealing with.

  • It has now been 9 months since this specific enquiry was raised. I have been told Patrick Taylor is “handling” this. Can Patrick Taylor please pick this up, I’m still not clear on the estimated turnaround time or what has delayed this.
