This is still not fixed. The manhole cover is still sunken. Cars are still crossing onto the other side of the road to avoid it.

16/05/22 Still an issue. The access cover needs to be raised. Simply providing a slightly less inclined edge is simply not good enough.

Even more dangerous then before attempted fix. You need to bring the sunken Utility cover upward level with the road.
