Parking outside front door and fire exit door on yellow lines

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
The road, Portwall Lane (Redcliffe BS16NB) has been closed off at the end to accommodate the outside seating area of the restaurant and pub at the end of the road since the no inside seating era of the covid lockdown.
This road used to be patrolled by parking attendants which obviously deterred people from parking on this road, but since our office reopened in May there has been cars parked along the side of the road every day.
Can we please get some clarification as to whether this road is now acceptable to park on, or if people parking are to be ticketed, as this is an both a general and health and safety issue for our office space as the cars are frequently parked in front of both the front door and our fire escape.
If the road is not legal to be parked on, please can we have some immediate enforcement regarding the issue as it poses serious health and safety risks for our staff.
We have large groups of university students that are to utilise this entrance Mon-Fri, 9-5 on top of around 100 staff members.
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.
