Pavement permanently obstructed by bins.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
A majority of bins on the North East side of Cowper Road (BS6 6NY) are left on the pavement permanently, despite having adequate storage space in the front gardens. The pavement is unusable and it has been like this for many years. There are several families with young children in the area who cannot use the pavement and are forced to walk in the road.
Reported in November 2019 and closed in December 2019 without resolution. Note that this is not limited to collection days. Bins are permanently stored on the pavement as a matter of course.
Unless the pavement is cleared., pedestrians will continue to walk in the middle of the dimly lit road throughout the winter months, increasing the risk of an accident.
