Dropped Kerbs / disabled access

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Complaint that there are no dropped kerbs along Stoke Hill - caller is disabled and uses Disabled Scooter she is unable to use as she can't get across Stoke Hill - particularly difficult near to junction with East Mead Lane / close to shops. Pedestrian crossing has no dropped kerb.

  • Unfortunately we currently do not have the budget available to action this issue. However, we have made a record of this enquiry and it may be considered for future works should further funding become available.
