Sign facing the wrong direction

Sign is showing that Church Road is a No Through Road rather than Dove Lane, as the sign is facing the wrong direction. Plus, there is a cycle and pedestrian route through to Victoria Avenue, and so the sign needs an "except cycles" plate.
