Dear Sir or Madam, I hereby bringing this urgent matter to you as a concern citizen. Two days ago, after moderate rainfall I was unable to use the pedestrian crossing to cross the roads safely as the drainage system was not in effect which allowed the rain water to settled 6-8 inches in depth. Please see photographs as evidence. Thank you. Kind regards. C.C.
