Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This seems to be a regular occurrence and is a real problem. We were going to the leisure centre on Saturday morning and the water was so deep my son and I had to climb over the fence and run across the road because we did not have time to retrace our steps and go all the way roundabout and be on time for his swimming lesson. This is completely unacceptable, not to mention extremely dangerous. Please do something about this, it happens all the time.
