Resident alleyway blocked by resident's rubbish. Needs upgrading.

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 18:03, Mon 1 November 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The common-use alleyway between Mendip Road and Cotswold Road is blocked with litter and rubbish from residents, causing me to not be able to access my rear garden with my bicycle. The quality of the alleyway is so poor as well that it's a wet muddy mess when it rains even slightly. It needs upgrading to concrete or similar.
