Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Drains are thickly covered in leaves, the next rain will cause flooding. Frequent street cleaning is required.

There are two drains in the photo. The one on the left is visible, the second one on the right is brimming with sludge and cannot be seen. Why this drain cannot be cleaned is a mystery. Both drains need checking because a pond forms during heavy rainfall.
