Weight limit sign turned 90 degrees

Reported via desktop in the Road Signage category anonymously at 16:31, Tue 2 November 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The 5T weight limit sign here used to face north (hence showing there was a weight limit to the lower part of Granby Hill). It has recently been swivelled to face east (looking like the weight limit applies to Victoria Terrace). Which is correct? I suspect it is Granby Hill that has the weight limit, as it is too narrow for larger lorries to go down.
