Bollard obstructing movement

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 16:42, Tue 2 November 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There is a bollard placed in the middle of a narrow pathway which is highly obstructive for pedestrians and cyclists. I have witnessed on a number of occasions near misses and some impacts as cyclists come round the corner (not at high speed) but due to insufficient sightlines are not able to avoid pedestrians effectively, and the bollard causes problems in making these maneuvers.
