  • Hi, this is the report from Aqua last who came to unblock our drains on 5/11 who reported blockage in the drains which we they believe are bricks from the inside chamber of the gulley This is causing a back up into our drains within our domestic boundary. We have had to pay aqublast (see bill) as a result. There is smell in our house of sewerage which is v unpleasant Would like this matter to be resolved ASAP Thank you in advance

  • Hi, the drain smell which had subsided last week after Aquablast had been has now come back into our house. its v unpleasant and I am really concerned that our drain in our garden (which was about 3 inches from the top) will continue to rise & we will have raw sewerage in the garden shortly. I understand that you are busy but how long will your dept need to resolve the problem. Look forward to hearing from you soon Thanks
